Beginner group lesson

The lesson almost everybody starts with. Two hours at La Cicer, in a group of no more than six, with a certified instructor who gets in the water with you rather than pointing from the sand.

It starts on the sand with the safety briefing and the pop up, then you are in the white water catching the ones that have already broken, which is where standing up actually happens. Most people get to their feet in the first session.

Buy a single lesson to try it, or take four, eight or sixteen and the price per lesson drops each time. A pack is the same lesson, bought ahead: choose your days when you buy, or keep the lessons as credits and book them once you know what your week looks like. Packs have a window: four lessons last a month, eight last three months, sixteen last a year, counted from the day you buy them.

You do not need to bring anything. Board, wetsuit and lycra are here, and so are the hot showers, the changing room and a private locker for your things.
