What this site does

buen.surf is the school’s own website. It describes the lessons, packs, memberships, training, rental and storage the school sells, and it takes payment for them.

Terms of sale

Buying anything here is governed by the purchase and cancellation policy. What we do with your details is described in the privacy policy and the cookie policy.

Content and intellectual property

The text, photographs, logo and design of this site belong to Buen Surf School or are used with permission. You may read, share and link to the pages. You may not reproduce them commercially without asking.

Links out

We link to Stripe, which processes payments, and to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms, and we are not responsible for what they do with your visit.

Our domains. Our website is buen.surf. We also hold buensurf.com, which redirects here and carries our email.

A domain that is not ours. buensurf.es has never belonged to this school. It was registered by an agency we have no control over and serves unrelated advertising under a name close to ours. Nothing on it comes from us.

Availability

We try to keep the site working and its prices correct. Where an obvious error in a price or a description appears, we will tell you before taking payment rather than hold you to it.

Applicable law

Spanish law applies, and the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria have jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
